I met Bob Sapp here...

I met Bob Sapp here at Canlis tonight at my anniversary. It was Bob's 33rd birthday and he regaled me with stories about the Miami Game and the movies that he made. He is really a nice guy. A big dude.

It's official...

...I hate America.

Your 'Do You Want the Terrorists to Win' Score: 100%

You are a terrorist-loving, Bush-bashing, "blame America first"-crowd traitor. You are in league with evil-doers who hate our freedoms. By all counts you are a liberal, and as such cleary desire the terrorists to succeed and impose their harsh theocratic restrictions on us all. You are fit to be hung for treason! Luckily George Bush is tapping your internet connection and is now aware of your thought-crime. Have a nice day.... in Guantanamo!

Five Years

Here we are, five years after the attacks. Where are we now? I spent most of yesterday agitated, nervous, and easily angered. We still have Bin Laden still on the loose, soldiers and innocents dying in Iraq. Nothing has been done, and Bush and his people are doing everything to make sure it stays that way. This whole issue of "Path To 9/11" has got me riled up. The nerve of these right-wing dipshits to mislead the public, to lie, and then to play Bush as the closest thing to national security messiah. How dare they?

I'm still pissed. I don't necessarily believe in Karma, and I don't have any clue about afterlife retribution. But, by God, these people need to pay.

Fuck you, George Bush
Fuck you, Dick Cheney
Fuck you, Rumsfeld
Fuck you, GOP
Fuck you, ABC
Fuck you, Disney

I'm being shrill, but that's what this blog is for. You want a reasoned, well thought out commentary that captures my righteous anger? Here you go, I give you Olbermann

Think fascism can't happen in America?

Once again, the lessons of history will not be learned:

This is the latest thing the Bush administration is trying in an an attempt to protect us from terrorism.

Sounds something like what the Nazis came up with when a terrorist attack hit Germany.

Thanks to Thom Hartmann for pointing out the parallels.

Opening Pandora's Box

A coworker pointed me to Pandora, a service that creates a collection of music based on similar music you previously picked. So far, it does a pretty good job of getting stuff I like (in case you want to find the link in the future, you can find it in the nav of this blog).
